SAFLON is using special alloy of aluminium for forging and stamping with high tonage of presses and then coating, 3 layers interior and 2 layers exterior by using completely automatic spray line & ovening system..

All applied non-stick coatings are tested in the SAFLON quality laboratories and used in full compliance with the international quality standards and regulations that regulate the qualities of materials that come into contact with foods. All coatings applied to the SAFLON collections are PFOA-free and ideal for those with allergies to heavy metals and nickel.

SAFLON's experience and leadership in this sector make pans coated with high quality of non-stick coating and both performance and reliability. The entire process complies with ISO:9001:2015 and the products have TUV-CERT international certification.
